meet Alan

What Alan thinks about Alan
I like to get up, go into work in the morning, do it properly, be reliable, and enjoy it. That’s what I’ve always done. I joined BECO. from college. I tore up my first week’s wage packet by accident – over-eager as I was opening it! I do all sorts of jobs here: labelling, boxing, clean the offices and fill the bottles. You can call me Mr Generous as I overfill them sometimes (just don’t tell the bosses!).

What Alan’s manager Michael thinks of Alan
Alan is in his element when he has a task to do, and adamant he’ll see it through to the end. He’s fastidious and likes everything to be ship shape. He absolutely loves cleaning. I didn’t think there was such a person until I met Alan. He’s really sociable too. His parents were landlords, so I guess if you grow up in a pub, being sociable and enjoying cleaning are skills that come in handy.

What Janet in HR thinks of Alan
Alan is an enthusiastic person who is dedicated to his work. He is a bubbly and caring person and committed to helping and supporting his colleagues at work. He is an organised individual with excellent time keeping, always arriving on time to work. Alan is a good conversationalist who always has a kind word to share. He enjoys worklife and socialising with others.
