What Michael thinks about Michael
Working at BECO. helped me get my confidence back after my severe sight loss. I’ve worked my way up to Team Leader, which is perfect because I’m pretty good at leading and getting stuff done, I also love a bit of banter. I really want to help other people like me by showing employers that I have something to offer and can excel in the workplace. Some people might think I should be satisfied because I’ve got a job, but I’ve got ambitions like everyone else. I reckon I could give the board at a certain Claret and Blue football club a run for their money.
What Michael’s colleague David thinks of Michael
I’ve worked with Michael for 4 years now. He’s really supportive but gave me a kick up the proverbial exactly when I needed it most. He’s loyal and compassionate but able to make the hard calls when he needs to. I think he’ll fit in well in any logistics or operational environment. He is full of good ideas and an excellent people manager. To be honest, he’d excel in any role where he’s managing a diverse team. I’m privileged to call him a colleague and a friend.
What Michael’s best friend Gary thinks of Michael
I’ve known Michael for 40 years. He is very jovial and good company. He is very social, polite and caring (he likes helping others and is always aware of their feelings, making sure that they are OK). Michael is always very punctual but is also patient and doesn’t mind waiting for other people. He is totally honest in expressing his opinion.
