What Nic thinks about Nic
I work in Customer Service at BECO. We don’t get many complaints, which is good, but when we do, it’s my job to analyse the feedback and share with the team to improve our product. Because it doesn’t take up all my time, I also get involved in a bit of Sales. When I’m not doing that, I’m designing websites, instagramming or coming up with new business ideas. I’d like to be a graphic designer too. I’ve even performed on the guitar for the BBC during the 2012 Olympics. I want to show people that even with a pacemaker, I won’t let anything stop me achieving what I want from life.
What Nic’s manager Jane thinks of Nic
Nic works on my team, and I’m delighted to have him. He has a good knowledge of his role and what he doesn’t know he’s good at asking. He double checks everything, and if you have a question about our soap, you can guarantee Nic will come back to you with an answer. He’s very tactful and diplomatic, and he’ll never raise his voice. His biggest skill is that he remains calm in stressful situations. If I lost him from my team, I will be having a lot more sleepless nights.
What Nic’s colleague Stephen thinks of Nic
Nic covers on reception when I’m not in, and the rest of the time works upstairs in Customer Service. So I don’t see him that much at work, but we make up for that outside of work. He’s really friendly and good at talking. His best quality is he isn’t very flappable. He never refuses a call. He’s great at dealing with complaints and difficult customers. He’d make a good boss one day, I think. I’d work for him.
